136 page spiral bound booklet dated 1961. Complete title is "1961 Membership Directory, Alameda – Contra Costa Medical Association". Alameda and Contra Costa Counties are in the Bay area of Northern California. Has a photo of the members and a small write up on each regarding their schooling, their specialty, their address, and the old phone numbers that had 2 letters and 5 numbers. Also has listings and info on Hospitals, and Pharmacies. Advertisements are inserted throughout.
A note regarding members photos…. The photos are about 1 inch square. I saw three or 4 pages where a photo had been removed. Other than that, the book is in good condition.
