Although this book is over 60 years old, it's surprising how many of the helpful hints and suggestions can still be applied around today's homes. There's everything from cleaning tips, building tips, maintenance tips, garden tips, how to make things and how to fix things. (One of my favorites is how to make a sun roof for your dog house).
This is one of those continual page magazines, meaning the current month's page numbers pick up where the previous month's magazine left off. This one starts at page 243 and ends with page 478, so there's roughly 235 pages here. The pages are starting to get brittle due to age. There are tons of illustrations and a large number of old ads. There's something for everyone here.
Delivery will be via USPS Media Mail. Depending on the distance from California, delivery could take up to 2 weeks. Buyer to pay delivery charges of $4.00. Insurance is suggested. Seller will not be liable for uninsured items. Quoted charge is void to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery charge will need to be quoted to those two states.
All items in my listings come from either garage or estate sales. I do not know if they came from homes where smoking or pets were present. All items are sold in the same condition as when I received them.
