This is a strange item. It is a purse and it is made from a gourd. Sitting on a table, it is about 6 inches round. It's just a small bit smaller around than it is tall. It has a shoulder strap that measures 51 inches. It has a lid, or cap as a closure. It is definitely handmade.
I obtained this at an estate sale. The lady selling it said she believes it came from Peru and that her mother brought it back from a trip and had it displayed in a cabinet for quite a few years.

I do combine additional purchases to save my customers on shipping charges. When more than one item is purchased, I begin with the item with the highest quoted rate and add onto it. At checkout, you will notice that it shows the same price for additional items as it does for the original item. That second price is not correct, but that's how this program does it, so I have to show it that way. Any items after the first one will be discounted and the invoice will be corrected and resent.
