Hi. Just a little about myself so you can get an idea of who you are dealing with.
Middle aged (ok... upper middle aged), born in the South but became a California resident at a very early age. Raised by grandparents who were very thrifty and that rubbed off onto me. I hate to throw anything away if it can be fixed!
My motto is: Don't throw that away, I may have a use for it someday!
